This card is all tied up with pleated ribbon, ruffled ribbon, sheer organza ribbon and linen thread! Definitely one Valentine that's not going to get away!

The pleated ribbon is the perfect companion to the pleated fan paper--love how they look together! And these colors are fabulous--love the double ribbon too!
