Gorgeous job with this. I would have never used so much of that patterned paper, but it really works for this card. Great job with the scene! I like the offset circle behind it.

I just love this one. I have been eying the balloon set since it came out last year. I've been shying away from it since I thought it would be difficult to cut out. I seem to do ok with my Party This Way balloons, so could probably handle these balloons as well. Thanks for showing such a fun bright option. I have the paper, I have the ribbon, now I just need the stamp set! My party is coming up in May. Think this one will be on my list.
