Just a Note! PPA143
I have been working on note cards for myself and for my daughter to send out since many people have sent wonderful gifts for Emma. I am glad my daughter still sends hand written notes since electronic mail seems to be the norm these days. However a quick text message can prove to be invaluable. What would you do if you were told that you would be transported to the OR in the next few minutes for a c-section? Reach for your iPad and get your Fantasy Football team squared away before the morphine clouds your thinking of course! Whew - thank Heaven her brother texted Erin just in time to remind her to set her team - our league is not for amateurs........... :)
Margaret has a great sketch this week at Pals Paper Arts!
Resting up before the big trip home!
Awww, she's so cute! The card is cute too! Love the gathered Seam Binding and the cute stamps. Of course, every card (and girl) needs pearls!

ReplyDeleteLove Emma. She is blessed with such an awesome grandmother. :)
Your card is stunning, Linda Callahan, but little Emma wins the prize! She doesn't look like a newborn! She looks as if she's 2 or 3 months old! What a cutie! She'll be making cards with you in no time!
ReplyDeleteThank goodness Erin's Mom has a talent for making cards to fuel her love of sending hand-written notes!
ReplyDeleteAnd what a sweet angel!
Cool Linda! Love the flower as the circle focal point! Great job coloring the background stamp too. Looks like DSP!
