Peachy Keen - FMS121

Looks like Crisp Cantaloupe has become my go-to color for Valentines this year.........probably because cantaloupes make me think of summer which makes me think of picnics and barbecues and grass and warm sunshine..............fun to think about when there is a wind chill of 20 below outside with blowing and drifting snow!

I am hosting this week at  Freshly Made Sketches!  Join us and have fun playing with shapes!

  1. Love the layer of black behind the main focal layer. You don't "see" it at first but it draws you eyes right to the sentiment. Love the texture with the mesh behind the heart. Unique and special valentine for someone special.

  14. Holy moly this is fantastic! I think that mesh piece looks like some stuff I have to tape seams in drywall, which, come to think of it is a pretty good idea. Now I'll have to raid the cellar for stamping supplies!

  16. Oh wow this is gorgeous! Crisp Cantaloupe looks amazing set against Basic Black and combined with your pretty hearts and sentiment make this the perfect card Linda! I wouldn't mind a bit of cool weather (maybe not quite as cold as it is on your side of the world) as were expecting another heatwave from tomorrow! And I have a card class on Sunday in a non-airconditioned house :(
