Hoppy Easter! PPA246

I just love that bunny from Happy Easter Bunny!  First I stamped the background flowers of that set without him. Then I stamped him separately, colored him with Crumb Cake Blendabilities to match that wonderful kraft paper and snipped him out.  The sentiment is from For Peeps' Sake - works perfectly since that little guy is definitely happy and hoppy! He must be celebrating the fact that his eggs are done and ready for Easter delivery! Here is someone else who is ready to hop off and hide some eggs! As you can see out the window I think there will be some eggs tucked into snowbanks this year and not under the daffodils!

Wishing you a wonderful Easter weekend - hope you get a chance to play along with us at Pals Paper Arts!

  12. Hi Linda,

I love your cards and designs, and this one is no exception. I do have a question though about how you masked the bunny so you could just stamp the background. I have masked small areas of a stamp using tape, but this bunny guy seems so big for tape. Can you give a hint as to how you created this lovely card?

  13. Hi Ann! I colored the outer vine/flowers/eggs with markers and stamped. The bunny was ink less. :). Then I stamped the whole image on white paper in black, colored the bunny and snipped him out.
