Dance, Dance, Dance.....FMS201

The perfect birthday card for a soon to be three year old who just signed up for dance lessons this fall! Emma was helping my daughter answer the questions on the sign up sheet and was asked where she lived.  Her response: "I live in a party!" She sure does!  She can Shake it Off like Taylor Swift and loves to shout - "Hey Amma.....Watch me whip, watch me nae nae!"  Yes I had to google that on YouTube myself......it's not as bad as it sounds!

It's been quite the party at Freshly Made Sketches as well this past week! The gallery was fabulous and there are over 400 amazing inspirational cards there!  Our terrific sponsors handed out wonderful prizes!  Now we are headed for 300!

Our talented team member Narelle is known for her beautifully layered cards.  Her sketch this week gives us a chance to layer up! I used the set Talented Trio to create the dance studio look on my card! Hope you join us at Freshly Made Sketches!

  3. Linda this is just so cute! Love the ballet bar too! You are too clever.... and little Emma is going to such a darling little dancer.

So funny about those lyrics... because a gal pal at work sings a song about EVERYTHING! Every time someone says any thing ... she takes a word and knows a song with lyrics to fit into the conversation. Those SAME lyrics came out of her mouth the other day.. "watch me nae nae".... and well I just stood and stared, and said: WHAT does that even mean!!!???? How ironic, eh?

  4. Perfect for that birthday coming up! I love your coloring and addition of those sequins. The boys were singing and dancing to that same song at the beach and of course, I had no idea….clueless!
