Cindy Hall designed a wonderfully versatile sketch for us this week at Freshly Made Sketches! I used stamps and Framelits from Howl-o-ween Treat to make my card today with a bit of help from the Bokeh Lights Stencil from SSS and Black Glitter paper!
Cute card! But it's those "blue" eyes that will get you every time….and those curls!!! She's adorable!
