Any kind of celebration calls for cake in my world......why just wait for birthdays?!?!? My daughter and I went to a Dierks Bentley concert over the weekend at a beautiful amphitheater on Onondaga Lake. It was a terrific show and we had so much fun. During one of Dierks' romantic songs the guy in front of us dropped to his knee and proposed to his girlfriend.......such fun.....and so much cheering! And then I thought....wow we need a cake........ :)

Lol! Cute story and yes, cake would have been perfect! The card sire is perfect for a birthday! Love those big candles with the banner! Now I feel like cake!

I'm not sure I should admit this in such a public fashion, but I have no idea who Dierks Bentley is. Is that a person? Or is it a band with a name that vaguely resembles an actual person, like Lynyrd Skynyrd? Oy! In any event, I agree with you that a cake is the correct response to just about any occasion. And throw in some candles and you've got a party! Terrific card!

I think cake is required for all celebrations - or any moment actually! When we have our FMS get together there will be LOTS of cake!!!
