Fusion: Fall Porch

And I am grateful for our Colorado adventure this past week!  Plenty of snow already up on the peaks but it was sunny and perfectly fall in the villages.  We stayed in Silverthorne which is right next to Dillon which has beautiful views like this......

We shopped in the fabulous village of Breckenridge, checked out some ski areas and drove through the Loveland Pass.

Going from our 800 ft. elevation at home to 12,000 feet in 24 hours was no joke.  I am smiling but barely breathing in this photo!  Lots of water and extra sleep helped a lot!  On the last day we headed down from the mountains to Colorado Springs and toured the Garden of the Gods.

I like to call this shot "Garden of the Gods....and Godesses!"

I was inspired by both the sketch and gorgeous fall photo at Fusion this week!  Hope you are inspired too!

  9. Linda,
Loving wood grains in the background to represent the "porch"... the cute pumpkins and tin container is perfect for the challenge. The photo look absolutely gorgeous. I was in Colorado many years ago and I'm sure it is spectacular as ever. Looks like a great trip. Hugs.
