Season of Feasts......FMS410

So much good food on the horizon for November and December!  Stretchy pants are a must!  We went to a Harry Potter themed feast this past weekend at a local inn.  It was so much fun.  Emma dressed as Hermione and all of the kids got a chance to go through the sorting ceremony.

Emma was hoping for Ravenclaw but was selected for Slytherin.  We sat at long banquet tables for dinner that was served by various characters from the book.  Moaning Myrtle was our team leader!  After our feast we had a gaming competition and Slytherin won!  Miss Emma felt much better then about being in Slytherin as she won a goodie bag that contained a  magic wand!

It was a fun night with my partner in crime!

It is my turn to host this week at Freshly Made Sketches - hope you join us!

Stamp Sets:  Birds of a Feather, Merry Moose, Harvest Sentiment Strips (TE)

  1. Sweet card! Love that crazy turkey. :) The event looks like lots of fun!! I'm guessing that I'd be a Slytherin too, so let Emma know that she's in good company. ;)

  2. I LOVE this sketch...so cute, and yes, my wardrobe contains several pairs of stretchy pants! BUT...the Harry Potter party looks like a blast! Cassidy is not a fan of HP, don't know why, I love the early books and the first movie! I think she just doesn't get British humor, LOL!

  5. That's a cute hard. I have 5 of those images stamped but have not colored them YET. It's on my agenda. Actually I was going to do it yesterday at my stamp club group but my other Thanksgiving cards took longer than I expected. I am doing 14 adult ones and 5 children ones. I like how you colored your turkey.
