Summer Images......FMS448

Oh that beautiful wavy paper is the perfect backdrop for my stamped images from the Whale Done bundle!  No vacation trips to the ocean for us this year because of you know what but it has been a gloriously warm sunny summer.  Perhaps a bit too warm.......

Guess I should have removed the candle from the dining room windowsill yesterday....lol.....

I hope you find some time this week to play around with Jen Brum's  fun sketch at Freshly Made Sketches!

  2. Such a sweet card! Love the designer paper and that awesome whale! Oopsie...maybe if you leave the candle there until it's freezing this winter it will stand back up. ;)

  3. I love this fabulous card! And I love how you've cut the dsp and popped it up to frame the slanted sentiment. I thought about doing that but knew I'd never get everything lined up straight. Your's looks perfect! I have been feeling like your candle every time I have to go out in this Texas August heat. Ugh!

  4. I love this card, Linda! I adore how you've popped up the two pieces as one continuous piece that's split in two. The whale is the best! Love your candle! Might not want to light that up until you can get it straightened out again.

  5. GREAT card...I didn't get this bundle, but have enjoyed everything I've seen, especially with the way you did the layers on this card! I had to laugh at your candle...that happened to my roommates and I one fall...we came home from work to find the heat had gone on and a candle was on the radiator...what a mess!

  8. This is such a fabulous card Linda! I just love that whale and the underwater theme! That paper is just fabulous! It must have been very hot in the window! That candle has wilted!

  9. Oh my goodness I laughed when I saw your candle. It just looks exhausted! :)
Your card is one of my absolute favorites this week! I adore that whole suite of products, and you have really shown it off. The whale is so cute!

  10. What a fun, refreshing and delightful ocean scene, Linda! No vacation trip for me neither, because of my upcoming moving in a new home ... so, I love this virtual dive under the sea.
