During this time of "you know what" art has been an escape for so many of us - and I don't mean just cardmaking! My friends have gardened, baked, knitted, crocheted, painted, refinished furniture, quilted, canned, made videos, sewn masks.........I have some amazingly talented friends! And me? Well I make a card now and then, read, walk the dog and do jigsaw puzzles while watching Netflix.....yep there's always one in every crowd....
Use the picture, the sketch or both as I did at Fusion this week! Just love that welcoming entryway! Hope you join us!
There is a brand new challenge called Color Hues and this week they are featuring yellow and green! (And one of my talented stamping friends Cindy Beach is on the DT!)
Stamp Sets:Arrange A Wreath, Simple Strips - Crafty (TE)
Ink: Shaded Spruce, Distress Oxides
Paper: Pineapple Punch, Whisper White
That is one happy card! Your cards always bring a smile, Linda! 😀
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love this!! The colors are perfect, beautiful wreath too! :)
ReplyDeleteumm, make that TWO in every crowd!

I love this, Linda! That yellow base is EVERYTHING!
ReplyDeleteThis came together nicely Linda and I can surely see how the photo inspired you. That house is definitely welcoming as you said. Love the sentiment as it's so true these days. I am on the same team as you when it comes to how I am spending my time at home. I am not being as ambitious as I should although, I did start a new Card Challenge so I guess all in all not too bad. I spend a lot of time on the computer and card making and that is about it. Oh, and eating. LOL Thanks so much for playing along with our first challenge at Color Hues too! I am super happy to have your friend Cindy on my team too. Take care!
ReplyDeleteWonderful take on the front door challenge - this is just a "happy" sunny card.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty wreath and panelling Linda.
ReplyDeleteI love the clean look of your wreath. I tend to load up those dies, but I love the open look with just few sweet yellow flowers.
ReplyDeleteLove this beautiful, happy take on the challenge!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely card.
ReplyDeleteSuch happy shades of yellow and green! This is a beautiful card, and such a great sentiment, too. Thank you for joining us at the very first Color Hues challenge!
