Birthday Gifts - FMS480

Last month I participated in a three day event called "Crop & Create ~ delivered" sponsored by Scrapbook & Cards Today.......all part of my pandemic self improvement program!  It was fun but definitely a workout!  Cathy Zielske creates fabulous CAS cards so her class was one of my favorites because I am a total CAS fan.  I used one of her tone on tone techniques to create today's FMS card.  I stamped the background stamp Gift Boxes (SSS) in VersaMark and embossed it in white on pink paper.  Then I took an alcohol marker in a darker shade of pink and and colored in only the ribbons.  Simple but oh so pretty! I used a long retired SU edging die to create the curves.

Jen Brum threw us a curve this week!  Have fun with it and join us at Freshly Made Sketches!

Stamps: Gift Boxes (SSS), Easy Expressions (The Ton)
Ink: Versamark, Memento Black, Spectrum Noir Pale Pink Blend
Paper: Whisper White, Pink from my stash
Curved Die from Stampin' Up! (retired)
