My first thought when I saw the inspiration photo at Fusion this week was to create a sleek modern room of some sort but come to find out I don't have any furniture images! How can that be? So I followed the sketch and pulled elements from the photo - a pop of red, bits of blue, and basic black, white and gray. I actually used just one corner of a large 6 by 6 image of stacks of books. A cup of tea and a stack of books is definitely my idea of a good time!
It's always fun to play at Fusion! Use the photo or the sketch or both!

ReplyDeleteThis is such a good card Linda - I love how you took inspiration from the photo, which I was struggling to see in any way other than literally! The teeny mouse is so cute too!
ReplyDeleteI am definitely CASEing your fabulous card! I have two teenage nieces who are avid readers - and prefer REAL books over anything electronic!! This card is perfect!!
