Flurrying Around......FMS614

I am a total hot chocolate fan in the winter.....especially on a snowy day!  The flurries are flying already here but none have stuck around too long.  But we did have a wonderful "summer day" escape last week.  We went to see the Monet immersive exhibit - it was fabulous!  And just like the Van Gogh exhibit my favorite part was the virtual reality experience.  You feel like you are actually entering the painting!

And when it was over we headed back outside into the flurries - too bad they weren't pink!

Jen Brum's delightful sketch has endless possibilities!  Have fun with it at Freshly Made Sketches!

Stamp Sets: Frosties (Lawn Fawn), Cup of Cocoa (Newton's Nook)
Ink: Mementon Black, Copics, Bubble Bath
Paper: Basic White, Bubble Bath and Balmy Blue (SU!)

  1. I can't imagine a better stand-in for Jen's 'bubbles' than your lovely flurry of snowflakes and cocoa! So cute, Linda!
I love Monet! How wonderful to be immersed in his gardens!

  2. Such a cute card! Perfect little mugs of cocoa with the snowflakes. Glad that you enjoyed the exhibit...and you can keep the snowflakes up north for a bit! I'm not ready for those yet! :)

  3. This is adorable! We had flurries yesterday too...about five of them...and sadly, they weren't pink either!

  7. It's much too early for flurries! But they are always welcome on a card! Those immersive experiences are amazing. I went to the King Tut one last year and the virtual reality experience was definitely the best part!

  8. I am so late to visit! This card is fabulous - what a great idea to have the mugs of cocoa cascading down the card.
