My cousin hosted a mortgage burning party recently - a fun event for a big moment! Sunflowers are in bloom during early fall days so I decided to stencil some on a celebratory card for her. The card was perfect with the big bouquet of sunflowers that I brought for her!
I also stamped some small sunflowers from a Lawn Fawn set in the front corner of the envelope and colored them with copics to coordinate with my card. I need to decorate my envelopes more often!
I went down the right side of the grid this week at Tic Tac Toe. Hope you play along!

Love those sunflowers! Perfect fall colors too! :)
ReplyDeleteIs that a thing? Surely it is worthy of a party not just the dinner out that we celebrated with!
ReplyDeleteI'm betting your cousin loved this darling HOORAY and all your lovely sunflowers, Linda!

Wow, a mortgage-burning party! Sounds like a relief!!! What a great card (and envelope) to celebrate the occasion! Dana's favorite flowers growing up were sunflowers and that still brings back fond memories of her bedroom, decorated with sunflower wallpaper!!!!
ReplyDeleteLove this! So pretty, love the layers and the colors!
ReplyDeleteGood for her! Bet she love this darling card!
ReplyDeleteWhat a happy card! Perfect for the occasion (which I had never heard of, but what a great idea)!
