Sweater Weather Designer Paper quite possibly could be my favorite item from the new Stampin' Up Holiday catalog. The designs are warm and comforting like any good sweater should be. I am a cardigan fan - especially if it has big buttons or toggles - and definitely pockets. Now that it is cooling down here I have dragged a few sweaters out of the closet recently. Always fun to see what was left behind in a pocket last spring. This week's find was one earring.......no clue where the other one is. Here's hoping the next sweater I pull out has the other one..........or a five dollar bill......

ReplyDeleteI love the flower on that DSP, Linda. It's perfect along with the pulled ribbon and the blue and brown look great together. I'd be hunting in all my pockets if I thought I'd find anything! :)

ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Linda! And, I feel exactly the same way about sweaters - love to find a forgotten treasure!
ReplyDeleteAs always Linda...beautiful and comforting!
ReplyDeleteYour comments made me laugh as I felt like I hit the lottery when I found a $20.00 bill in a pocket! It's the unexpected things on life that make us happy! Love the card...I especially loved the way you used the ribbon - great accent!
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful card, Linda Callahan! Love how you stamped and snipped your flower image from your background paper! Really great color combo too! Hoping you find a $20 bill in your sweater pocket!
ReplyDeleteI agree...Sweater Weather DSP is so pretty. And, Simply Sketched is a favorite too! Love your card using these. I always forget to stamp on DSP- TFS! Oh, and the ribbon is so sweet, too!
ReplyDeleteLinda your card is so pretty! I just love the patterned paper you used.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous, Linda! What I want to know is the secret behind the ribbon. Did you just pull on a single strand to get it to bunch up? Whatever you did, the result is truly stunning.
