Nothing like celebrating a birthday with cake! But to be honest I celebrate everything with cake..................
Kerry designed a fun sketch for this week at Pals Paper Arts! I inked up the cake and sentiment from Big Day and paired it with Birthday Bash DSP. I die cut the circles and inlaid them on my card and added some gold cord and stars for a bit of sparkle. Hope you play along with us!
Too cute Linda! Love the gold cord under and the little stars. Great designer papers too!
ReplyDeleteDarling card, Linda! Love those inlaid circles--such a great look. Cool sketch too!
ReplyDeleteLove the layering of the baker's twine and "inset" of the circles. Fresh and fun, Linda!
ReplyDeleteToo cute! That cake looks adorable on the circles. The candle with the star flame suits it perfectly!
ReplyDeleteWonderful design Linda.

ReplyDeleteYou are over the top on this card, Linda! LOVE the inlaid circles, the bright colors, and the stars are marvelous with this DSP combo. Fantastic card!
ReplyDeleteFabulous card, Linda! I'm quite impressed with your inlaid circles. And those little gold stars steal the show for me. With Valentine's Day and two birthdays in our house last weekend, we've had no shortage of cake in our house. But I agree -- it wouldn't be a celebration without it.
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic! I just love the twine, fun colors, and gold!
ReplyDeleteWhat a SUPER fun card, Linda!!
