Spring Colors - FMS174

I used markers to ink up images from the new set For Peeps' Sake on my card today.  I am getting a bit concerned that the Easter Bunny will be hiding eggs in the snow around here this year!  But in the meantime I craft using spring colors on cards to brighten my day!

Miss Emma received a gift this week done in gorgeous spring colors!  A friend of my daughter's made this amazingly beautiful quilt for Emma to use when she moves into a "real" bed - won't be long!  The love and care that went into making this quilt is so special and I am in awe of this lady's talent! That quilt will be treasured forever!

That fabulous card maker Cindy Lovell designed a fun sketch for us this week at Freshly Made Sketches.  Use any shape you want on your diagonal piece and have fun!

And Miss Emma sure looks like a movie star in that big bed, with those cute little arms so high! She's so precious. Beautiful quilt and an amazing gift for Emma to treasure until she has children! 13. I love all of those colored Easter eggs. And I love how you've split the base panel for the sketch. Emma's quilt is beautiful! My grandmother made too many quilts to count over her lifetime, and I'm blessed to have a few in my home. They are treasured possessions, and she always did all of the stitching by hand. What a wonderful gift for Emma.
