Rule of Threes......PPA276, #GDP011

Red and white candy canes are so festive for Christmas. And thanks to the sketch I got to add three of them to my card! It is Christmas card crunch time around here.......I vow to have all my cards done by Thanksgiving......then I swear they will be done by the time the tree goes up the second week of December.........then I promise myself for sure I will finish by my birthday (the 20th)........yes the third time's the charm......

Triple the fun and play along with us at Pals Paper Arts this week!

The Global Design Project has a Christmas theme this week- lots of great ideas there for holiday cards!

Love the foil stripes in the background, and the tiny holly sprigs are adorable. Hugs.

PS: Before I MADE my Christmas cards I can remember dropping them off at the Post Office on Thanksgiving Day weekend! Yeah... right.

  15. Linda, this is simply adorable. Candy canes scream fun, holiday, and simpler times. And I am loving your stories of your mom and granddaughter. You had me in stitches the day they were fighting over the munchkins. I know that was insanely challenging for you. I hope the storytelling helps you keep your perspective. You are an amazing daughter and grandma.
