Copper and Cobbler......PP322





Santa's all decked out in copper foil and trimmed in Cherry Cobbler for the holidays - kind of a funky look for Santa but I like it!  Makes him stand out in a crowd!  And if you look very carefully at the picture below you see that one tree is not like the others.....stands out in the crowd for a very good reason.....




My daughter's back yard trees are trimmed in white lights except for one which is covered in big old fashioned colored bulbs. Those lights are all we have left of the many strands my dad used on his front bushes for oh so many years.......just makes my heart happy to see them still lit up!

    Santa looks mahvelous in his coppery shininess... I had used red glimmer for him once... will have to try the foil papers now. You have inspired me to ask my Dad if he still has his old big light bulb strings... so much stuff in his attic!! Thanks for sharing, Linda..... :)

    Santa looks dapper in copper! Love the decorated trees in Erin's yard. The tree with the old bulbs makes my heart happy! We light up too - I think we rival the Griswolds but this year Bob is not able to light up the neighborhood. Beth took care of it thought - she hung lights on the house & garage and bought him one of those light gadgets that shine on the house.So thankful for that girl!

    What a fun color combo....Santa looks awesome in copper! And how fun are those lights....we've never done lights, only candles in the windows, and I still love driving around to see the lights!

    This Santa looks fantastic in copper! Love the Cherry Cobbler with him too. How fun that your dad's lights are still in use…bet Emma loves that tree full of colored lights best!

    Those big colorful bulbs are my favorite and they deck out our house every year! Love your daughter's tree and I love Santa in copper. Such a modern and sophisticated look for the big guy. Wishing you and your family a happy Thanksgiving!
