All too often I come sliding through the finish line on Tuesday night with my FMS card that needs to be posted then for our Wednesday challenge. I was quite proud of myself when I completed my card on Monday morning! When I sat down to post it to our DT Blog Monday night I realized I had used the sketch for next week's challenge.......sigh.....
So here I am again rounding third and headed for home on Tuesday night! I still need more Christmas cards so I made a few of these - keeping it sweet and simple like the sketch.
I love Cecile's square sketch this week! Put your own spin on it and join us at Freshly Made Sketches!
So pretty! Love the clean design. And your comments on using the wrong sketch did make me laugh...I've NEVER done that before. ;) Your last minute card turned out great! :)
ReplyDeleteJust think how ahead of the game you are for next week!! Sweet, simple, and so pretty, Linda!

A perfect card for this week's sketch! I love that bold red.
ReplyDeleteOh golly! Well you're one up for next week! This is delightful, Linda I like the swoosh of stars!
ReplyDeleteYou work well under pressure because this is terrific!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a pretty Christmas card Linda! I love that poinsettia! You did better than me with Christmas cards! I made a couple and sent none out - I used our photo cards instead! Maybe I'll do better planning next year!
ReplyDeleteI love this pretty poinsettia bloom! Way to whip up a fabulous card under pressure!
ReplyDeleteSorry you got the wrong sketch, but just think, you're now ahead for this week :) And working under pressure must work for you because this is gorgeous and everything fits together beautifully.
ReplyDeleteI love how you used the sketch! That swoosh with stars behind the poinsettia is an eye-catching accent. And the way you did the sentiment is so fun!
