Welcome Home! PPA229

Guess who returned home safe and sound???  Yep it is Hip Hip Hooray!  I was so excited to see him that I inked him right up on a birthday card!  Pals Paper Arts had a really neat sketch this week that reminded me of the bokeh technique so I went with it and sponged lots of soft white circles over a watercolored panel. And where was Hip Hip Hooray you might be wondering?  Well he didn't get too far........looks like he spent the week on my bookshelf stuck to the back of my Stampin' Up! catalog!

That darn kid Hip Hip! They always seem to find the most interesting hiding places. Maybe he was playing "hide and seek" and it just took you longer to find him. Glad he's back home! Love the card! I am confused on this Bokeh technique...well maybe not confused, but curious. I think I'll have to go online to Splitcoast and find out how to do it. It's a lovely technique and the softness of it in your card is perfect!

Linda your card is so pretty. Beautiful technique, although I haven't tried it yet...
but how happy are you now that you found your stamp! Man I just hate when I lose one and I KNOW it's somewhere! hugs.

You are too, too clever to see the bokeh technique in this sketch but now that I look at it again, it's so obvious! Brilliant card and your watercoloring is looking good!
