Sailing By......FMS241
That Swirly Bird set is amazing......first I made flowers, then I made kites and today I made waves and a sailboat! And I have yet to make a bird! I actually used the Swirly Bird diecut to make a mask and then I sponged Tumbled Glass and a bit of Stormy Sky distress inks on the bottom of my card. When I peeled up the mask those lovely white waves appeared! I would be much happier with this card if the sentiment said: "It's a buoy!" Yes I like puns!
I had to do something rather inky because today's sketch from FMS was designed by Karren Johnson. Her inky backgrounds are always fabulous! So I hope you get inky too this week and join us at Freshly Made Sketches!

SU should hire you to write sentiments! I'd definitely buy that one! I love what you've done with this sketch. The little boat is adorable and your blended waves are beautiful.
So sweet! Love the sponged waves, perfect with your little sailboat! :)
Great idea for a baby card! Love the stenciled ocean.
How doggone cute is this card. I love the masekd waves Linda. You need to get the Labeler Alphabet set so you can make those punny sentiments yourself lol
Your inky background looks fabulous, Linda! As does your whole card - those waves and little boat are perfect!
You always make such fabulous baby cards! I love the "waves" and that sailboat. I'm got to pull that set out and use it!
Totally fabulous! What a great way to use that die to get the background. Adorable little boat!!
Pure sweetness!
Adorable! Love the "bouy" pun too. So cute! Hugs.
Love it! That sailboat is adorable and love the "waves"
Such a great card Linda! I love that little sailboat and the waves! I totally think "It's a buoy" would be much better!!! You should consider a job on the SU stamp design group!!!
Your inky inspiration is fabulous. I have no idea how a swirly bird turns into waves, but the proof is in the pudding because that sailboat is definitely sailing on some waves.
Oh so clever & cute!
Totally awesome Linda! I love how you've used these stamps and dies - perfect card!
