Random.....FMS271

I'm leading a class next week at the library with folks who have never ever stamped before. I thought the set Super Duper would be a perfect starter set! This card will let everyone play with bright inks, use markers on the stamps for a multicolored sentiment, and then do some random stamping to create a background panel.  And about that random stamping........anyone else struggle to make things look "random"?  It took me three tries to get a panel that I liked!  Guess I will bring some extra pieces of white along!

Speaking of random.....doesn't everyone play foosball wearing a Troll headband?

Cindy Hall has a great sketch for us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!  Hope you join us!

Stamp Set:  Super Duper
Paper:  Festive Birthday DSP
Ink:  Bermuda Bay, Melon Mambo, Emerald Envy, Crushed Curry

That's an awesome card Linda! Love the colors and the design. I struggle so much with making things look random...they always look like I tried to make it look random but didn't quite get it right. :) Love that headband though. Of course I play foosball with one of those on...I thought that everyone did! ;)

I love the bright, happy colors on this! And this should be perfect for newbies -- the random stamping will be far less challenging for them than it is for us.

I can't do random - I have to plan it out first! But your random looks perfect - as does your whole card. And I about missed Emma under the headband!

Random?! I cannot do random! I'm type A! I have to have everything all lined up and neat!!! Random does not exist in my vocabulary! I do love your card and think you will do amazing teaching that class and everyone will love stamping! That card is so bright and cheerful! I especially love your looped twine!

Random? I can never get thread (or cord) artfully twirled around in some random fashion. You'll have to tell me your secret! Love these bright colors and the marqee design of the sentiment.
