Fusion: Blue Butterflies

During Pandemic stay at home time I took a few online card classes.  The Crop and Create one was a whole weekend full of classes and great ideas.  Gina K taught a simple stenciling class and I put her lesson to good use on my card today.  I did not however have a banner stencil so I used post-it tape to create the shape.  Quick stenciling with a blender brush and a soft blue and I was ready to stamp my images in black.  Easy and striking!

I combined the sketch and the photo for my card this week at Fusion!  Join us!

Stamp Set: Friendly Silhouettes (Gina K), Label Me Bold
Ink: Versafine Black, Tumbled Glass Distress
Paper: Basic Black, Whisper White

You must have used some incredible tape for masking, Linda - I swear that banner is popping right off of your card! Such a clever girl!

I keep staring at this Linda! I thought the banner was a die cut! You stenciled it? WOW fabulous job and yes, a striking card!
