Under The Weather.....FMS673

Under the weather here means buried under snow these days so it was fun to think spring and add some raindrops!

But raindrops in the winter here create ice in a New York minute.  The annual ice festival was happening just north of us in Saranac Lake this past weekend and Miss Emma enjoyed the musical themed ice castle!

I enjoyed the photos from my fireside chair!

Jenn Timko has a great sketch for us this week! Hope you join us at Freshly Made Sketches!

Stamp Sets: Umbrella Days (SU!), Rain or Shine (Sunny Studios)
Paper: Everyday Skies DSP
Ink: Copics, Memento

Such a cute card! Love the pretty scalloped edge die cut and the sweet image. Glad that you enjoyed the ice festive...looks WAY too cold for me! :)

I love seeing photos of those icing sculptures but could never imagine being out in cold so brutal as it needs to be to keep them from melting! Thanks for sharing those photos, Linda. And for this darling example of how NOT to use a circle for Jen's sketch! It's adorable!

This card is really cute, love the simplicity of it. What is the name of the die for the scalloped panel? It is super sweet. Great pictures of the ice festival. those sculptures are pretty cool and the musician is great. I can hear the cold hard sounds of her music!

Cute card. Love your little weather girl.
As for all that ice, I'm with you, it looks lovely, from the comfort of an armchair :o)
