It  is a beautiful time of year here in the Northeast.  The leaves are changing - and falling.  I love the end of September and early October! 

And I love this photo of my neighbor's front lawn.  It looks like she was out there carefully arranging leaves!

You would think that after making cards and blogging for almost fifteen years that I would have a better handle on photography.  There are some things I will never figure out!  My little travel trailer is a nice silvery Airstream but somehow it came out "beigeygray".  So I tried to get a better shot on my kitchen windowsill.  The trailer sparkled up as the rest faded.....same card in two different windows....as the old guy used to say on Laugh In......verrrrrry interrresting.......

Not liking how those clear raindrops photographed but the bunny doesn't seem to mind!  He is just happily marching along.  Nothing better than a friend who makes you happy when skies are grey!

It was a beautiful sunny day this week when we headed to the orchard for flowers, pumpkins, apples and of course cider doughnuts!  Emma and Will were gathering flowers in a bouquet until Will spied little flower balls and handed the bouquet back to Auntie......

and suddenly he transformed himself into an Alien.......

He made us laugh out loud!

I used the sketch this week at Fusion and drew inspiration from the photo....the purple flowers, the black and white and of course the brick wall.  I threw in the sunshine paper just for fun because it went with the sentiment!

Meanwhile here is a photo of that critter of mine who brings me sunshine and laughter every day.  She hangs out every day on the stair landing where she can survey the downstairs and the upstairs.....and the landing provides a perfect spot for her "army" as I call all of her toys.  She is a clever girl and as you can see managed to unhook her collar completely........and struck a pose just to make sure I noticed!
