These Buds Are For You!

If I could send you all flowers I would!  Thanks for the wonderful comments many of you left after Tuesday's Farewell Hop Post!  The response was fantastic - over 250 comments and counting!  You still have a chance at the blog candy - the deadline is Friday, June 11th at 3pm - CST. Click here if you would like to enter. I will post the winner Sunday morning - June 13th.  PPA's challenge this week was to use Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry and Soft Suede.  I put them together using some DSP, Sweet Scoops and Pocket Silhouettes.  So to all of you who drop by and say hello, these buds are for you!

Linda, I LOVE the window treatment! I've seen cards use this in the past. Great job with the challenge!

And I expected cans of beer (guess that says something about the culture around me! *wink*) I love the awning look. You could easily use the same style to turn the card into a building for a house warming or congrats on a new business. Just don't forget a pot of flowers by the door!

Your card is goregous Linda. I love your design. As for what my card style is I would go with Quisp. :) I love that word. :) I know your question was in the previous post but I still wanted to answer it.

Have a great weekend.

I ADORE this card! So wonderfully "quisp". The colored blooms from pocket silhouettes is genius. I usually use the other stamps in that set but you've made me look at this one in a new way! And the awning with the ribbon is just lovely. Congratulations on being a PPA pick this week--you certainly earned it!

Linda - This is genius with a tough color combination. It reminds me of a window box with a colorful awning. Gratulations on PPA pick and ISTAMP recognition which is so well deserved. I am such a huge fan of your work. Not only do I love your cards, but I love your stories that accompany your posts. Thanks for sharing your talent.
