Bits and Pieces......PPA232

A bit of housekeeping first - Blogger has added its own number captcha code in the comment section of blogspot blogs - like mine! Everyone is searching for a way to remove it because those codes are so annoying! So far we can't get rid of it. But what we have discovered is that you don't need to enter it - just comment and click post and it will work the same as always.  Hope that helps as you visit and comment in blogland!

Pieces -  I have a shallow tray on my desk where I toss extra bits, pieces, diecuts and images from projects.  I clean it out the end of every month - which means I toss almost everything in it (I know - gasp!) and start fresh on the first! Three weeks into December however that tray was full of stuff!  I had a piece of brushed silver cardstock left on my desk this week so I rummaged in the tray to see what else I could find.  A Merry Christmas acetate sheet from Project Life got me started and then I looked for accessories - a small piece of embossed white, random sequins, a leftover silver snowflake from Paper Pumpkin and my card came together quickly!  I did have to open my desk drawer for a piece of washi tape to hold it all together  :)

Pals Paper Arts has a terrific sketch challenge for us this week!

Your card is wonderful, and I loved your explanation for how it came together with bits and pieces. Happy Holidays to you, and many thanks for the ongoing stamping inspiration you give. :)

I'd say you have a great scrap bin going there! Those pieces sure added up to one spectacular card!

Love your card and I really like that you use up everything at the end of month... I HAVE to do something like that, becuase my piles just grows! I hate that too.
I also hate those chatcha thingys. Mostly I can't read half of them!
Have a Very Merry Christmas! hugs
