Refrigerator Season.....FMS381

Finally the sun is starting to warm the air and there is the hint of spring outside - it's refrigerator season.  The sun is warmer but there are still plenty of snowbanks lining the streets and sidewalks. As you walk by them you can feel the warmer air from the sun above and the cold seeping at you from the side like you are standing in front of an open refrigerator.  Fortunately refrigerator season only lasts about a week or two as the sun always wins and eventually melts that snow away!

LeeAnn designed a wide open sketch for us this week at Freshly Made Sketches! It was perfect for my melted snowman scene. Join us!

Stamps:  Hello Easter (SU), Snowman Accessories (Purple Onion - Stacey Yacula design)
Paper:  Bristol Smooth, Garden Green, Painted Petals DSP, Daffodil Delight
Ink:  Distress, Versa Fine Clair Nocturne, Garden Green, Copics

What a super-fun and super-sweet card! A little sad - yet not sad at all. Love the snowman elements paired with the gorgeous flowers. ♥

How cute is this card! You have cleverly gotten every season to show up with that melting snowman. Only you could do that and make up a new "refrigerator season" too! Awesome card!

Cute, cute, cute! And with that bit of humor I just love from you. It took me a min to get that melted snowman humor, but I live in AZ you know. Love this sketch, I'm going to try and get something made up, I haven't been doing much lately.

What a fun creation...makes me giggle! It is warmer here but NO SUN. Sick of gray!!! I feel like I am in Seattle. Hopefully it will all warm up and be sunny EVERYWHERE!!!

Well if this isn't the most clever and adorable card! What a fun scene, Linda! And for the record, I also love your name for the season that you are currently in, that being refrigerator season; I have not heard it put that way and I love it! You details combining both winter and spring are so much fun! Love your work!
