Time for Tea........PPA166, PP156

This sweet image is from the set Tea Party. Being a tea drinker I had to have that set for sure! It must be my British heritage that has led me to start and end every day with a cup of tea.  And in times of crisis, illness or just plain gossiping the first thing I do is put the tea kettle on.  My grandmother never said hello when she entered my house - her first words were always "Put the kettle on, luv!"  I'd love to stay and chat some more but there's some whistling coming from my kitchen......

I combined Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge this week with Leanne's wonderful sketch at The Paper Players.

Linda,
LOVE this card! I'm not much of TEA drinker but still love the thought, especially of your memories.
The little lace hanging over the is perfection and grounds that tea pot... and the sentiment is one of my FAVS right now. hugs.

What a delicate, pretty little scene you created! I love coffee, but certain teas have won my heart. :)

There is nothing better than a nice, warm cup of tea, especially with Grandma's, Mom's and children. This card also is just what the doctor ordered! Love the clean, crisp images and those colors are great! TFS

I saw this over on the Pals site and fell in love with it! What a lovely image and you've colored it so well...a technique that eludes me, coloring with markers! Just as sweet as it can be! Constant Comment for me, please! Thanks for playing with my sketch this week at the Paper Players!

I recently have taken up with coffee but my true love will always be tea. I am pretty much a purist with tea, usually no flavored ones with milk always. When I so anything else...it is Earl Grey!

Oh, and your card is just so relaxing, so comforting...the colors perfect and the coloring. We are having tea...just because...
