Change is Good.....I Think....PP279, GDP#019

Using images from Apple of My Eye along with Wonky Sketches Die Cuts creates a not-so-traditional Valentine......fun to change things up a bit!  I say that but after this week I may be the only one in my family that thinks that!

After watching Frozen way too many times I decided it was time for a change so we popped in The Little Mermaid for Emma on Wednesday..........who was terrified by Ursula......so back to the ice and snow......

I ordered pizza from a new place on Thursday.....just for a change........my husband broke a tooth on it......back to the usual pizza next week......

I was tired of fighting with Windows 8 so I downloaded Windows 10 on Friday......went well I thought until I tried to upload pictures of my card.  My photo editing program Picasa does not play well with Windows 10.......sigh.....not quite sure where I am going with that yet 'cause I can't go back!

My talented friend Nance Leedy has a terrific sketch for us this week at the The Paper Players!  Don't be afraid to change it up a bit if you need to ..... I did :)

The Global Design Project has a Love Theme this week!

Sweet card, Linda! Love the pairing of this stamp with this paper. Smart. Ursula scares her...smart girl to get what she wants. Ha!

Looks like those adorable wonky stitched borders echo life right now--but change is good even if it makes things a bit wonky! Change is definately good on your sweet apple card. Love the colors and the itty bitty thread bow. Now I must go look up those wonky borders for a change of my own.....

Love the apples and wonky borders Linda - a cute card. As with most changes in life, sometimes they take a little getting used to - hope everything gets straightened out soon!

Linda...sounds like some changes are not good, but then again others are....you can go back to a different windows after uploading Windows 10...

Have a great Day!

Oh my, your apple card is just adorable! I am loving that stitched diecut...you are such an enabler, I might have to go looking for that one. And THANK YOU for the warning about Windows 10. I rely on Picasa too and have put off upgrading my system. I think I'll stick to what I have for now. Have you tried PicMonkey? It's free and pretty easy to use. Good luck!

Such a fun and sweet card! What a shame that the ch-ch-ch-ch-changes you made didn't work so well.

Linda, those wonky borders make me smile! It has certainly been a crazy week. The color comb is perfect and I still see that teacher shining through with the adorable apple! We have watched Frozen more times than I care to count, but I still enjoy it. I am anxiously awaiting the release of Snow White! By far, my favorite princess! XX

Linda, hope your hubby's is OK. Can't say I've ever broken my tooth on a pizza before! Poor Emma... but Frozen is something you certainly can watch again and again! I love your card. I love the apple with the linen thread and that stitched edge is awesome! I need to find that
