Cuzzie Friends......FMS244

The best part of our annual Cuzziepalooza get together at the lake every Fourth of July weekend is that cousins get to connect in person - and that includes the grown up cousins as well as the kid cousins~!  We always have a great time and this year the festivities stretched over two days.

Even Gram joined in the celebration one afternoon!

But after two days of entertaining 20 people lakeside this is how the Big Guy and I celebrated on Monday.........

My talented friend Jen Timko has a great sketch for us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!  Hope you join us!  I used Zig Markers to watercolor this sweet image from Bella & Friends and framed it with Pop of Pink DSP.

So sweet! Love the colors and your image is just perfect! We spent the weekend at my parents house with 15 cousins from ages 2-20, so I understand the final picture all too well. ;)

What a cute card. Love your story too.
We used to hold a Cousins-by-the-Dozen picnic!!! We went my entire childhood. My gramma had 42 grand/great grand/ great great grand children. I really miss it too.
Seems once my parents generation passed it was held a few years by my sister and brothers, but some of our younger cousins didn't always show. Now it kinda of fizzled out. So sad.

This is so lovely, Linda. You coloring/watercoloring is really good! And you said you couldn't do it! I knew it wasn't true. :)
