Finally things are blooming and the sun is shining - almost strawberry season! And look how happy Corduroy is to be running in the sunshine!
Or perhaps he is just happy for rescuing his friend Silas and himself. My son stepped out of the car yesterday but left his keys on the dash. Corduroy and Silas then jumped into the driver's seat to look out and managed to hit the lock button and locked themselves in the car. So before we called AAA Mike decided if the pups locked the car they should be able to unlock it. Well I wish I had taped his antics to get those dogs all excited. Silas soon tired of the game but Corduroy kept jumping and hopping every time Mike did and sure enough he finally hit the button in the sweet spot!
I pulled the colors from the photo and used the sketch this week at Fusion! Be inspired by either....or both!
Paper: Whisper White, Tutti Frutti DSP, Night of Navy
Ink: Real Red, Lemon Lime Twist, Smoky Slate, Black

What a cute card! Love those little strawberries and your designer paper is perfect! How funny that the dogs locked themselves in and then were eventually able to unlock the doors too! That would definitely have been worth getting on video. ;)
The dog whisperer has got nuttin' on that man of yours! What a save!
LOve this delicious card, LInda... and just happen to adore strawberries and blueberries together - yum!
Another gorgeous photo inspiration from Fusion... man do I need a few extra hours to play! xx

Adorable card with that basket of strawberries and cute DSP. The ribbon adds that extra something! It's gotten so warm I bet our strawberry season will be winding down soon. I had a friend whose dog did the same thing to her only she wasn't as convincing as Mike! A locksmith was called. :)
Ha ha! That is one smart dog! I can't believe he got the car unlocked!
And what a great card. Strawberries and summertime go hand in hand so that means summer is coming, right? I sure hope so!
Your card just screams warm weather, Linda! Love it! And I had Dexter lock the door by jumping on the central locking button in the centre console. I had to run from one side of the car to the other, getting Dexter to jump from seat to seat, hoping he'd unlock the door again. Luckily it worked! For the rest of the time I owned that car, I never left the keys in it while Dexter was there :)
your card is pretty, I enjoy your work...but the dog story, well that one is a winner!
LOVE this! Those strawberries are so juicy and fresh and look amazing!
