Fusion: Dragonfly

Those little dragonflies are so sweet on my card -  but let's talk about the real world.  Emma's dad is building a family room addition on their house so there have been many opportunities for critters to wander in through open doors and windows.  This week a dragonfly ended up in the living room and dive bombed everyone (lots of shrieking from Emma) before my daughter got it to calm down and it actually settled on her fingers. Then she politely showed him the door!

We have a sweet and summery challenge at Fusion this week!  I drew inspiration from the photo and the sketch.

Stamp Sets:  Field of Flowers, Inspiring Iris, Friend Like You, Beautifully Braided
Paper: Whisper White, Gorgeous Grape
Ink: Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather, Seaside Spray

Such a pretty card! Love the embossed background and the colors are perfect. I'm with Emma...love looking at big dragonflies as long as they are OUTside. ;)
