Fusion: Blue Decor

My first thought when I saw the inspiration photo at Fusion this week was to create a sleek modern room of some sort but come to find out I don't have any furniture images!  How can that be? So I followed the sketch and pulled elements from the photo - a pop of red, bits of blue, and basic black, white and gray.  I actually used just one corner of a large 6 by 6 image of stacks of books.  A cup of tea and a stack of books is definitely my idea of a good time!

It's always fun to play at Fusion!  Use the photo or the sketch or both!

Love your take on the challenge this go around. Nice stack of books stamp image - and that tea cup is darling.

What a clever and fun take on the challenge! Love the apple popping in the midst of all the books!

Oh this is a perfect fusion! Those books have a graphic feel to them and the way you incorporated all the elements is so clever!

This is such a good card Linda - I love how you took inspiration from the photo, which I was struggling to see in any way other than literally! The teeny mouse is so cute too!

I am definitely CASEing your fabulous card! I have two teenage nieces who are avid readers - and prefer REAL books over anything electronic!! This card is perfect!!
