I love the look of the flowers printed on the vellum strip of paper so I had to use a piece of it in my floral design today. This card came together quickly thanks to Jen's great sketch and all of that sweet paper! We finally have some green shoots peeking out along the edge of our yard and a robin's nest in one of our bushes but no flowers yet....soon I hope! We have been busy doing spring cleanup and preparing for house painters who will arrive tomorrow. I love my gray/blue house and want the exact same color. The painter assures me it will be a perfect match - cross your fingers!
Hope you join us at Freshly Made Sketches!

Such a pretty card! Love the layering and the papers that you've used are perfect! :)
Floral vellum?? Be still my heart! I love bright sunny yellow with this lovely neutral 'burlap', Linda!
Best of luck with the painter and I do hope it is a perfect match!

A simple bouquet but ever so lovely, Linda! Good luck with the painters!
Floral vellum and a faux textured background = beautiful to me. Good luck on the house colors...sounds like you'll be fine!
I love those papers too Linda and your card shows them off to great effect. That floral border is so pretty and you cluster of blooms make a pretty focal point. Beautiful!
Such a sweet card! I love those soft colors and dainty flowers.
Everything about this card is stunning! From the colours to the images to the execution. Love it!
